- The D6 factor increased very slightly from October to November (+0.05 point), but it has been on a downward trend since reaching its 2013 peak in July. It is down 0.89 point on a year-over-year basis. Since its recession low of -5.93 points, the D6 factor has recovered 5.19 points as of November 2013
*The start date is January 2001; the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis is in the process of revising data prior to 2001 for personal income at the state level. State personal income is one of the contributing data series for the D6 factor.
